Five night minimum stay. All rates are subject to 12.42% state taxes (this
will increase to 13.42% for all bookings after July 1st 2010).
Non-refundable Reservation deposit of $300 is due on all reservations within
15 days of booking (Visa, MasterCard, Check, or Money Order). All
Reservations are to be prepaid or cancelled 60 days prior to arrival. After
that date, no refunds are given. To protect your funds, please consider
purchasing Travel Insurance for 6.5% of the total cost of your reservation.

Occupancy per apartment: maximum of 6 persons including infants and
small children depending on the apartment. Due to bedding
arrangements some apartments have occupancy restrictions.
